Q : Do you ship worldwide?
A : Yes, we ship worldwide except these following countries listed : Afghanistan, Israel, North Korea, Russian Federation, Somalia, South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Tajikistan, Timor Leste, Ukraine and Yemen.
Q : I have not yet recieved my parcel although the tracking says it is delivered
A : Please check to your local post office with your tracking number as they're the one who does the final delivery.
Q : What is this store's return and exchange policy?
A : All sales are final.
Q : How long will it take to recieve my order?
A : Item will be posted around 1-3 working days. Shipments take between 7 - 10 working days (SEA countries) , 10 - 21 working days (international)

A : Tracking number will be send through email address once the parcel is shipped
