Do you ship worldwide?
A : Yes, we ship worldwide except these following countries listed : Israel, North Korea, South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Yemen

 

Q : I have not yet recieved my parcel although the tracking says it is delivered
A : Please check to your local post office with your tracking number as they're the one who does the final delivery.

 

Q : What is this store's return and exchange policy?
A : This is only a small store, so all sales are final.

Q : How long will it take to recieve my order?
A : Item will be posted around 1-3  working days. Shipments take between 7 - 10 working days (SEA countries) , 10 - 21 working days (international)
